Tara Elliffe fills each day with energy, independence and connection. Her mornings start with getting ready for the day and meeting up with her support worker. Tara hits the gym with a personal trainer and after a solid workout, she enjoys a coffee and often prepares lunch for a picnic, followed by a refreshing swim at the pool.
