Local and out-of-area NSW SES members have been out and about assisting property owners and gathering crucial intelligence at Menindee.
While the river height is currently steady at about 10.25 with major flooding, up to 10.7m is still possible over the next week.
As the peak moves slowly downstream along the Darling River over the following weeks, NSW SES urges community members to stay up-to-date with the latest information via ses.nsw.gov.au and to never drive through or enter floodwater.
