NSW SES continues to respond to severe weather which is impacting the NSW coast from the Mid North Coast to the Far South Coast.
A complex low pressure system is impacting Newcastle, Sydney, the Illawarra and south coast with heavy rainfall and intense wind expected to continue throughout Wednesday, 2 July.
Conditions intensified overnight, bringing widespread heavy rainfall and destructive winds.
Widespread rainfall totals reached 150mm overnight, with falls exceeding 200mm at Ulladulla.
From Thursday - Rainfall should ease significantly as the low moves east into the Tasman Sea.
