Get ready for storm season
With the start of storm season, the NSW SES and NRMA Insurance are working side by side to encourage NSW residents to Get Ready.
- Raise awareness of the risks associated with storms
- Encourage people to undertake safe actions that help protect lives and protect property
- Encourage people to help each other out by giving a leg up to those members of our community who may not be able to prepare for various reasons
Much of the damage our NSW SES volunteers see, is caused by: trees falling on homes or vehicles and water damage caused by leaking or damaged roofs. There are some simple things you can do to help prevent this:
