Floods, Storms and COVID-19

The NSW State Emergency Service is continuing to provide emergency help for floods, storms and tsunami during the COVID-19 pandemic.
Rest assured that the safety and well-being of the community and our members is our highest priority.
The NSW SES has implemented several measures to ensure the continuity of our operations and support of our volunteers.
When calling for emergency help during floods and storms (132 500), the NSW SES may ask you for additional information, including whether you are currently in isolation or have cold/flu symptoms so our volunteers can take additional safety precautions.
In the meantime, we encourage everyone to stay up to date with the latest advice on COVID-19. Please take care of yourselves and your families.
