Cub Scouts Day Out 2018
The South Metropolitan Region Cub Scouts have organised our annual Cub Day Out at the Prince Henry Hospital Museum in Little Bay around the theme of ?Emergencies?. SES will be available during the event to provide a display, activities to the cubs as well as members of the public. Who: Cub Scouts from groups within South Metropolitan. Based on previous year?s activities, it is anticipated that approximately 300 Cubs would attend (boys and girls aged between 8 & 11yrs old) accompanied by Leaders, parents and Rovers. Where: Around the grounds of the Prince Henry Hospital. When: 27 May 2018 from 9/10am ? 4pm Why: We run an annual Cub Day Out where we arrange something fun and interesting for all the Cub Scouts in our Region. How: Cub Packs would arrange their own transport to the area and find parking on the local streets. Activities: The Region Cub Leader council have arranged activities to support and interest the Cubs with the overall theme for the day to be ?Emergencies?. We would set-up bases around the site and surrounds for Cubs to move around to in order to control the flow of people and provide stimulation for the youth members.
