  • Cherrybrook Scouts 'Movies Under the Stars': Greenway Oval, Cherrybrook

    Hornsby Shire Council, through local councillor Bruce Mills, approached the Cherrybrook Scouts and John Purchase Public School to run this event as a community celebration of the new facilities. Both the scouts and the school jumped at the chance to be involved in such a celebration and provide a night of fun and entertainment in the local Cherrybrook community. Hornsby SES will be in attendance speaking to the community.

  • KMA Emergency Awareness Night & Networking Night for Women: Kiama HQ, 205 Terralong Street Kiama

    The night will focus on teaching local women basic emergency skills, and also as a recruitment tool. Inspiring women from the SES will give brief presentations followed by number of smaller workshops focussing on specific skills.
